Plot

However, before Grimmjow can deliver the finishing blow, he is interrupted by Ulquiorra Cifer, the 4th Espada.

Ulquiorra reveals that Aizen has ordered him to capture Ichigo alive. Ichigo and his friends are taken to Las Noches and imprisoned. While imprisoned, Ichigo begins to train with Kisuke Urahara, a former Soul Reaper captain who has been exiled from the Soul Society. Urahara teaches Ichigo how to control his Hollow powers and become stronger.

Meanwhile, Aizen reveals his plan to use the power of the Soul King to destroy the Soul Society. Ichigo and his friends must find a way to stop Aizen and save the Soul Society. They must also face the challenge of the Arrancars and their own inner demons.
